Creamy Avocado and Smoked Salmon on Toast

Ingredients

2 slices of wholegrain toast
Half a ripe avocado
A small handful of smoked salmon per piece of toast
A dash of lemon zest
Salt and pepper

Method

Slice avocado and place on toast, top with flaked smoked salmon then finish it off with a dash of lemon zest and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
